Top class service again.. Windy night and my service dropped out.. When back online after a few minutes I couldn’t sign in due to some sort of glitch or other.. Used the fault text number and they rectified the fault in minutes… Great service even out of hours.. Thanks Compusurf.

Service in the shop is excellent, but download speed leaves a lot to be desired, says all the speed you need, but my download speed is normally around 2mbs which is not enough for my needs. I have let them know at the shop but no real improvement
